DESCRIPTION
This machine consists of: oil tank, water tank, vacuum homogeneous emulsifying machine, heating system, mixing system, vacuum system, hydraulic lifting system, operation control cabinet. It is the most suitable equipment to produce high-grade skin care creams or other creams products.

Oil tank capacity 140L; water tank capacity 210L; primary pot capacity 350L, working volume 300L; limiting vacuum -0.09MPa.
Size: Complete:1100mm × 600mm × 1500mm Oil and water tank: 2000mm×800mm×1700mm

Material: Main mixing tank has three layers, contact part made by 316L stainless steel, thickness 4mm, middle layer made by 304 stainless steel, thickness 4mm, outer layer made by 304 stainless steel, thickness 3mm, inner and outer polished.

Oil tank and water tank are both double deck, inner wall made by 316L stainless steel, thickness 4mm, outer layer is 304 stainless steel, thickness 3mm. Heating system: water tank and oil tank are 6KW electric heating, the main mixing pot is 8KW electric heating, the outer layer covers by asbestos to insulate heat. Heating with temperature display, easy to control.

Mixing system: both oil tank and water tank provide high speed motor, 0.75KW, speed 1400r/min to make the water and other raw materials equably heat, main mixing tank provide low speed motor, 2.2KW, speed 0-140r/min adjustable, and high speed homo motor, 4KW, speed 2800r/min.

Vacuum system: voltage 380V, power 1.5KW, vacuum pump can remove the air bubble to improve the homogenizing effect.(circulating cooling by water)
Hydraulic lifting: Lifting is easy to operate, so the material can be effectively emulsified in a closed condition.

Control System: The control system is equipped with digital time relay device, so it can adjust time and speed of homog- enizer based on different material. All control buttons are concentrated together,clear at a glance.
